Yesterday I started rehearsals for THE LAST GOODBYE, a rock musical adaptation of Romeo & Juliet using Jeff Buckley's music, and couldn't be more excited. We read through the piece (I'll be playing Lady Montague, single mom, and all around gang lord hard as nails bad ass, natch) in a gorgeous garden in the new 70 degree spring weekend heat in the East Vilage, and it was one of those "This is why I live in New York" kind of moments...
More to come, but here are the details. The tickets are moving extremely fast and they have't advertised at all yet, so I'd recommend getting your tickets right....now!
We
are performing three Mondays (May 11th, May 25th and June 1st) at Joe's
